Went there to see about a nail in my tire. They were very efficient and fast and called me within an hour and a half to tell me my car was ready and informed that they have successfully patch my tire and I didn't owe anything. I am very grateful for that. Because all four tires are brand new and I was fearing the worst but they were very honest and I'm very grateful.

I went for a wheel alignment. I was told to come in at 2 PM. When i arrived, i was told that it would now have to wait until 4 PM. I said i would come back at 4 PM. 10 minutes later i was called back and told that they could do it now. This was annoying, but i was happy that they could at least do the alignment that day, so i turned around and went back. After it was completed, i was handed a print-out which showed that my right rear camber was now in the red (it was green before). I immediately pointed out that this did not seem right. They tried to convince me that it was fine. However, the MINIMUM camber value for this wheel is listed at -2.0 from the manufacturer, and this is where the alignment left me at, at -2.0. I did not want to leave the shop with this wheel so close to being beyond spec. To their credit, the manager offered to do another alignment right there and then. I obliged. After the second alignment, and a test-drive by their tech, the numbers looked OK so i paid and left. On my way home i realized that now my steering wheel was not straight. I had to turn it slightly left in order to drive straight. This was NOT the case before i took my car in fo

Pulled in parking lot, gentleman was standing outside of garage, I asked him about AC and if I needed appt. He said I should park come in and I would be serviced. He opened the door ,welcomed me ,introduced himself (Mo) asked the problem, quoted price for service. Very polite and professional. I told him about a problem with my granddaughters car. I was very impressed with his answers. He told me exactly what another mechanic told her. I will be bringing her car in next Tuesday. ★★★★★ I had an outstanding experience at Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care, and a big part of that was thanks to Mo, the manager. From the moment I walked in until the job was completed, he kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was excellent, and he made sure everything stayed on track from beginning to end. Mo is actually the main reason I chose this shop, and he exceeded my expectations. His customer service is top-notch. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I genuinely enjoyed talking with him while I waited for my car, which made the whole experience much more pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Mo does. If you’re looking for a shop that values honesty, communication, and excellent service, I highly recommend Conrad’s—and be sure to ask for Mo. He’ll take great care of you!
